Digital Accessibility Statement

Alaska Department of Revenue

Issued:

The Alaska Department of Revenue (DOR) is committed to providing digital services that are accessible to all members of the public, including individuals with disabilities.

We are working to ensure our public-facing websites and digital services conform, to the greatest extent feasible, with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II.

Ongoing Efforts

DOR is actively reviewing and improving the accessibility of our websites and online services. Our efforts include:

  • Evaluating public-facing web content using recognized accessibility scanning tools
  • Identifying high-priority transactional services for focused remediation
  • Incorporating accessibility considerations into ongoing modernization initiatives

Accessibility improvements are being implemented on a phased basis as resources permit.

If you experience difficulty accessing content on a DOR website, need assistance with an online service, or require accommodation, please contact us:

Please include:

  • The web page address (URL) involved

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in an alternate format or through an alternative method.
